We want you to love your Ashiana London pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry and accessories are unworn and remain in their original packaging for a valid return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Ashiana pouch and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
